Catana 44S (Crowther design) cruising catamaran built in 1993. LOA 44-foot; beam 23-foot. Only 19 Catana 44S were built; this is hull number 5. Originally 4 cabins and 4 heads, but now has 3 of each with one cabin converted to an office with a freezer. Recent refit including a new paint job on the hulls, new anti-fouling, new salon cushion covers, new mattress. Sail less than 10 years old; engines Volvo 1998. Last antifoul: Aug 2015.

This is a lovely Catana 44S (Crowther design) built in 1993. She is 44 feet long and 23 feet wide and is a proven cruising cat. Apparently only 19 Catana 44s were built and this is hull number 5. Each is a bit different, but the owner is convinced they got it right on this boat with a light teak interior and better placement of the fuel and water tanks. The S in the 44 series means a bit fancier of an interior. She was originally 4 cabins and 4 heads, but now is 3 of each and one cabin was converted to an office with a freezer.
