The Business started in 1990 with touring around Northern Palawan. As demand grew the business owner, a Swiss national, upgraded his vessel to the newly launched MV Dschubba in 2007. The yacht is a simple but functional wooden boat, extremely solid, well maintained and economical (12 liters of diesel per hour at 7 Knots). Philippine registered, max 10 passengers. In recent years they have chosen to only operate the diving season to the famous Tubbataha reefs from the end of March until mid June. In this period, they make a gross income of US$ 90,000. Most clients are from Europe and there is plenty of opportunity for expansion of the season as well as other destinations. The business comes with a website and database of over 2000 clients and prospects. It is available for the new owner to take over after this season, which is fully booked.
